Who we are

FloodMesh is made by dVerse Technologies, India. dVerse Technologies decides how the details you give us are used. Contact: +91 93602 47270, support@dverselabs.com.

What we collect

When you send a pre-order: your name, mobile number, email (if you give it), organisation (if you give one), address, city, PIN code, state, any notes, the products and quantities you chose, the page language, and the time. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. The site remembers your language and cart in your own browser only.

Why we use it

To record your pre-order and call you to confirm it.
To tell you when units are ready to ship, or if anything about your pre-order changes.
If you ask for responder units, to check that the organisation is a real rescue team, NGO or authority.

We use your details only with your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the order form. We do not sell or rent them, and we do not use them for unrelated marketing.

When you visit the site

The site is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel's servers receive your IP address and browser details with each request, and keep them in short-lived logs to run and protect the service. The pages also load their lettering from Google Fonts, so your browser sends your IP address and browser details to Google when a page opens. We don't use either to identify or track you.

Where it is kept

Pre-orders pass through our website host (Vercel) to a Google Sheet in dVerse Technologies' Google account. We receive an email notice for each one, without your contact details. Google processes this data for us. Only people at dVerse Technologies who handle orders can see it.

How long we keep it

Until your units are delivered or your pre-order is cancelled, and then for as long as the law requires us to keep sales records. If you cancel before anything ships, we delete your details from our order records within 30 days unless you ask us to keep you informed. Copies in Google's own backup systems are removed on Google's schedule.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent cancels the pre-order. To do any of this, or to raise a complaint, contact us at +91 93602 47270 or support@dverselabs.com. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Pre-order terms

A pre-order is a request, not a purchase. You pay nothing when you send it.
We call you to confirm the products, quantity, price and delivery before anything ships. Nothing is sold until you confirm on that call.
FloodMesh units can only be sold once the approvals and registrations required in India to sell radio equipment with a built-in battery are complete. We ship only after that.
FloodMesh is still in development. Features, contents and prices may change before shipping; we will tell you before you confirm.
You can cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships, at no cost.
We set up responder units only for organisations we have checked.
